| In the photonic device part of research,
we are trying to develop and demonstrate new ideas and concepts
of the next generation photonic devices. From passive to active
devices, from waveguides to cavities, from a single component
to sophisticated integrated devices, from micro- to nano-devices,
our research spectrum in this direction has no bound. Our recent
development of semiconductor microlenses and their integration
onto photonic devices could be a good example of our research
goal. |
